Not sure how to upload photos in the Photos section, so thought I'd send as an attachment to see how that works.
This is a photo of Captain Robert Rish and myself (FTBC(SS) Jeff Mathes) at a Madison awards ceremony, early 1990. My recollection is this was my end of tour award before transferring to COMSUBGRU Six staff. It seems like the ceremony was held in the Charleston Naval Station CPO club during the evening which was unusual.
